With improved photogaphy and a house that hit at the heart of the Dwell aestheric, we increased converstions from our historical underperforamnce to beating all the Dwell benchmarks by up to 100%.

I created this animation video to visually illustrate the technical factors that make our homes resistant to hurricanes. Besides serving as an essential marketing tool, it also proved valuable for our media outreach. I utilized cost-effective external creative resource for this project.
